Q-BALANCER requires continuous coverage for support service agreements. Appliances with an expired support service agreement are considered to be “out of support compliance.” Our Services Reinstatement Programs provide the opportunity to bring these Q-Balancer appliances back into compliance and up to date. Q-BALANCER offers the following programs to the customers:
> Reinstatement Program A
In this program, a new agreements is retroactively commenced from the previous expiration date to the most recent one-year time. Customers with appliances that have expired warranty or support service agreements who purchase the program receive a full support from the date of commencement. The program covers full technical support, firmware upgrade, and hardware warranty.

> Reinstatement Program B
In reinstatement program B, a new support agreement is commenced upon the date of purchasing the program. Customers with Q-Balancer appliances that have expired warranty or support agreement who purchase reinstatement program B receive a full 12 months support from date of commencement. The program covers technical support and firmware upgrade, while hardware maintenance is not included.
