QBCare service program is designed for our customers who need continuous protection for Q-Balancer appliances through ongoing software updates and advanced technical support. QBCare covers second-line technical assistance to inquiries of network configuration related to Q-Balancer products on a limited basis. QBCare covers software and hardware, and helps diagnosing and identifying issues that might be directly or indirectly caused by Q-Balancer products. QBCare provides certain level of technical assistance, while it does not cover step-by-step configuration or training of the products.
QBCare bundles centralized management service, and thus the managed devices will have access to our management cloud. QBCare enables customers' technical teams to streamline the tasks of building and managing networks. QBCare is available in yearly agreements, one/ two/ three years, and is provided to enterprise customers through our authorized partners. Please contact your reseller for assistance.

- Software Support – Software maintenance and updates
- Database Update – Web domains, and definitions and addresses for applications.
- Hardware Maintenance – Shipment for replacement of faulty hardware in 3 days
- Cloud Management - Network provisioning, management, monitoring on a single screen
> Advanced Hardware Replacement
We will have the replacement hardware ready to be shipped to the customers on the same business day we have received the faulty hardware for RMA. The arrival or replacement unit depends on courier, not guaranteed.
> Pre-configuration Service
Customers wishing to rollout Q-Balancer products can ensure smooth installation through the use of our pre-configuration service. An experienced engineer will handle the whole process from initial consultation to post-installation checks. This option ensures you or your customer to get Q-Balancer appliance up and running quickly with no hassle. If you require assistance with the configuration of your purchased Q-Balancer appliance, then we are able to pre-configure your Q-Balancer appliance according to your specific requirements. This can be completed before delivery to save you time. Our pre-configuration services contain the following:
